Last night I had the privilege of speaking at the Future Female Event here on the GC. 

I was on a panel with 2 other incredible entrepreneurs. 

When the audience asked questions some one asked about the idea you become like the 5 people you spend the most time with. 

I responded with I am ruthless with my time and who is in my friendship circle. 

The circle is small and the relationships are ones that add to my life and my number one value of growth. 

They aren’t all entrepreneurs but all my circle is committed to growth first in one area. 

I was chatting to a girl after who observed my answer was savage and people say that to her all the time as she is the same. 

She thanked me for giving her the permission to be savage. 

Firstly, I love the word savage. 

Secondly, it made me reflect if I we were men would this be considered savage?! 

Would we need permission to be this way? 

I do find I have to show up really strongly to be seen by men in this industry. 

I get 8-10 DM pitches a day from guys who I probably made more in my first year of business they have made in the last 5 years. 

Now my response to the DM’s is what was your revenue point for the last 12 months and profit margins. 

Generally no one answers lol. 

I just wonder is it because I am a woman I don’t get seen in the same light? 

Do other male  business coaches that are make get called savage? 

Feel like the need permission to be direct? 

Or get constantly pitched by young male entrepreneurs daily? 

Is it the fact I have large boobs?! 

Seriously, this question did pop into my mind when I pondered this! 

I hid them my whole like now I refuse too. Having them doesn’t make me less of an entrepreneur or less successful. 

I wonder if though via the eyes of others it does ? 

Any way literally now I’m rambling. 

I would LOVE other men AND women to share their experiences below. 

I’m curious if it’s just me!
