We have          jam-packed this program to ensure you win but don’t worry the steps are clearly listed below. We recommend that you save this link to help you easily refer back to it if needed.

We are so excited you have chosen to embark on this amazing journey with us and look forward to working with you. At the end of the 30 day preview you may be invited to continue for the additional 12 month program. When that 12 months concludes you will have the ability to keep going month to month upon your approval.

WHAT IS PROJECT IMPACT?

A 13 month online program that begins with a 30 day preview (bridging phase) and has the option of continuing month to month after completion. The aim is to support coaches and consultants who are full time in their practice and have talents and skills they’d like to share to make a greater impact in the world. They are looking to move from 6 to 7 figures and beyond with their primary focus learning to generate leads, sell them and deliver their services. We know that when we work with people they get results, and we ensure this is done in a way that is helpful, effective and leveraged.

What’s included:

1) Onboarding tasks to help you get better results in less time. These include:

✔1 x 30 minute Induction call with our Client Concierge to explain how everything works
​​✔Launchpad assessment form to be completed
​​✔Initial 60 minute Strategy call with our Head Coach
​​✔Personalised strategy Blueprint

2) Each month the program will include:

✔3 x Momentum group calls – 45 minutes

These consist of:
• 1 group Sales Training with practice and feedback (with Jeff or trainer)
• 1 TikTok Funnel Building Training and Implementation
• 1 group RALLY call to assess data figures and project for the following month (with Head Coach).

✔2 x Live Implementation group coaching calls (with coach) – 60 minutes
✔2 x Live Accelerator group trainings (with Kate, Jeff or specialised trainer) – 75 minutes

3) During the 12 month program you will also be invited to attend the following additional events to dive deeper into your business and fast track your success.

✔4 x 2 day Intensive Mastermind virtual events

4) 7 Additional Days Bonus during the Project Impact Preview phase

5) Access to a private Facebook group with Community Manager while membership is active.

NASH MACKEY – COACH
Nash facilitates the Momentum and Group Implementation Coaching calls within the program and is also the Community Manager of the Facebook group. He specialises in rapid transformation and performance, strategic intervention, mindset practices and belief clearing.

 

ANGIE GOODLOE – HEAD STRATEGIST AND COACH
Angie facilitates the initial Strategy call and all Navigator calls.

Cess supports clients to source suitable VA’s for their business. She also looks after technical issues such as emails, logins, Thinkific platform, Zoom links, recordings and Stripe payments.

SUSAN MCLACHLAN – CLIENT CONCIERGE
Susan facilitates the induction calls and looks after payment plans, appointment scheduling, program enquiries and administration. She has extensive experience in admin, finance, writing/editing and team management, while running her own hypnotherapy business on the side.

ONBOARDING PROCESS

 Here are the steps to take after your enrollment has been finalised:

 

STEP 1. (within 48 hours or sooner – book call)

 

Book your 30 minute induction call with our Client Concierge to learn how the program works.

You will receive a one-off Zoom link through Calendly to use for this call at the time of booking which is different from the regular Zoom link for the program calls.

STEP 2. (within 48 hours or sooner – book call)

You will receive an Initial Strategy call with a coach (1 hour) which includes:

• A quick overview of how to utilise this program for your specific business needs.
• A personalised strategy blueprint to help you reach your destination as fast as possible including where to spend your time and where not to.

STEP 3. (within 24 hours gain access)

Access the Thinkific membership portal (logins sent via email within the first 24 hours of sign up). Please note this email will only be sent to you if you have never accessed Thinkific before for any of our other programs. If you have, then use your normal login and you will see this course has been added to your dashboard. Learn to navigate this platform as it contains all the tools and resources for the program.

If you don’t receive the login details, check your spam first, then email our support team for assistance.

STEP 4. (within 24 hours read, sign and return)

Read, sign and return the Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions documents which you will receive separately through Docusign. If you don’t sign and return these documents within 3 days we will assume that by participating in the program you agree to them.

STEP 5. (within 1 week of signing up)

Familiarise yourself with the team and who to go to for whatever you need help with.

STEP 6. (send in 24 hours or sooner before blueprint call)

Complete written assessment and return it via email to: support@katecgray.com

It is best this assessment is done before your call but not required. You will get more out of the call if you do.

STEP 7. Mark your calendar for all group calls and trainings. Dates and times of group calls are listed below and on the portal. Use the buttons next to the call times to add them to your electronic calendar.

Upon approval introduce yourself into the group using this format:

• State your name, industry you are in, and who you work with.
• Describe the number 1 problem you’re looking to solve in this program.
• Explain what you are most excited about Eg. learning, creating
• Give a fun fact about yourself.

Provide this information and meet other entrepreneurs with the same goals as you. Learn about how to interact in the group and the culture of celebration. Share your wins and show support for the wins of others.

STEP 9. (within 72 hours)

KATE GRAY
